Refunds - right of withdrawal-change of products

Our online store gives you the possibility of returning the products. The refund must be made within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. The return of products will be accepted provided that:

1. The products should be returned within 14 days of delivery, at the customer's expense.
2. The merchandise should be in the condition in which you received it. This means that it must not have been tampered with and must not have been used.
3. The products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document (purchase invoice).
4. Product returns are not refunded but replace the product with another of your choice.

Refunds-defective products
