PLASTIC METAL is high quality two component polyester putty suitable for filling large imperfections and gaps with one coat application. It gives exceptional adhesion, easy application and sanding. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Surfaces must be dry and clean from dust, grease and rust.
- Mix putty with 2-3% hardener
- The putty is ready for use. The putty remains workable for 3-6 minutes. Drying time is 5-10 minutes.
- Finished surfaces may be sanded after 20-30 min using sandpaper No 80-120.
- Carefully remove any excess material with a sharp knife before completely set.
It is advisable to perform a suitability test for each application.
REMARKS
- Do not exceed the mixing ratio of 3% especially at high temperatures since this will accelerate curing.
- Place the caps correctly after use and close tight.
